Nice hotel with great amenities like free parking, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness centre. I remember the staff once helped me with a wake-up call. I highly recommend trying their amazing breakfast!

Clean rooms with comfy beds that offer decent space for a family. The lobby area has a nice vibe, complete with a playroom that kept my little one entertained.
The breakfast selection lacked variety for the main courses, only providing limited options. Parking can be tricky. Guests need to register their vehicles themselves, which feels a bit off. It would have been nice if bedding were properly arranged instead of just left on the beds for us to sort out.

Even if close to highway, it's quite en pleasant
Even if we had a reservation for a superior room , they first send us to a normal room! If we hadn.t stay there before, we wouldn.t know! When we came back to reception to change they let us wait too long!! Bad service!

The breakfast options are very good with over cooked bacon, north European taste, excellent salad...

Near to Legoland. Decent hotel with clean beds and toilets. Room included other neccessary amenities as well. Breafast was included and thats a definite bonus while travelling. All in all, a nice place to stay over.

Family room too small with four beds. No air-conditioning. Hotel tried to charge more than was settled in the Booked.net reservation.

Clean large room, good service.
The views were to an industrial wasteland, did not bother us, as we just needed a place to sleep at on our way, but somebody else migh want something else.

Only a short drive from Legoland, this hotel is perfect for families not wanting to pay the expensive room rates being charged in Billund. Room was clean and a good size for a family (3 or 4 people). Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was excellent - large Scandinavian buffet on offer. We also had dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Menu or buffet were on offer and once again there was a great variety of meals to choose from (including a kid's healthy eating buffet). Would stay here again or recommend to others traveling to Legoland.
Rooms are not air-conditioned.

great stay with room for improvement
The location was convenient, easily accessible from the highway. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly approach with quality dispensers for soap instead of small bottles. My children enjoyed the playroom.
While the amenities were nice, the parking process felt a bit cumbersome.

We stayed at three different hotels during our vacation. This was definitely the most negative one. The lobby was clean, but our room was not. Stuff at the restaurat was not so friendly (reception clerks were quite nice..) when we asked a special dinner for our allergic son...
